Orientation Registration
Thank you for your interest in attending the 2009 Teaching Orientation at Ohio State. The orientation sessions have been designed to reduce anxieties you may have, provide some techniques and strategies for effective teaching, and suggest resources for further assistance.
The orientation is sponsored, in part, by the University Center for the Advancement of Teaching (UCAT). UCAT assists faculty members, instructors, and Graduate Teaching Associates in becoming the finest teachers they wish to be.
UCAT has designed web registration materials that will help you make the most of your orientation experience.
If you received an invitation by email notifying you that your department pre-registered you for the orientation and has set requirements or recommendations for attendance, please refer to that email during the registration process.
If you are a GTA whose department pre-registered you for the orientation and you have specific sessions that are required, please register here
