The Ohio State University's Academy of Teaching invites the campus community to attend our sixth annual Mini-Conference on Excellence in Teaching on Friday, May 11, 2012. As we experience the final quarter at Ohio State before the quarter-to-semester conversion, this year's free half-day conference, "The Last Quarter: Preparing to Teach in Semesters," will be a conversation about how the shift will impact the classroom experience.

We’ll hear from:
• Faculty members who will share their experience of teaching in semesters
• Academic support units who will offer tools and resources

The following focus groups are being held to seek your thoughts about your career and about the future directions for academic programs in the College of Nursing. These focus groups are being facilitated by staff at the University Center for the Advancement of Teaching (UCAT). Participation is voluntary and no one in the college will know you participated.
